Systems that run
without you.

We design and build the back-office automation small and mid-sized businesses use to stop running on duct tape, so the team works on the business, not in it.

Fit

Who we work with

Small and mid-sized businesses, typically 5–100 people, that have outgrown the tools-and-spreadsheets phase. Our clients arrive with three things in common:

  • A tech stack of 8–15 tools that don’t talk to each other.
  • A team spending hours each week on work software should be doing.
  • Six months of “we should automate that” without a path to actually doing it.

Method

How we work

Most automation projects fail because they start with the tool, not the work. Bygge starts with the work. We map what your team actually does, where it breaks, and what gets lost between systems, then we build the translation layer that makes the stack run as a single system instead of a stack of tools.

  1. Design before build

Every engagement opens with a paid solution-design session. We end with a written blueprint: what to build, in what order, with which tools, at what cost. You own the blueprint whether you build with us or not.

  2. Phased, not all-at-once

Foundation, then build, then operate. You can stop after any phase. No long up-front contracts; every phase ships on its own.

  3. You own everything from day one

Every account, every doc, every workflow lives in your tenancy under your credentials. We build it; you own it. Clean exit at any phase.

  4. AI where it earns its keep

We use AI tools to make the build faster and the operating cost lower, not as a pitch. The output is plain infrastructure your team can run.

Output

What we build

  • Operational automation. Intake, scheduling, follow-up, reminders, internal handoffs.
  • System integration. Making CRMs, EMRs, payment systems, and ops tools share the same data.
  • AI-assisted workflows. Drafting, triage, summarization, decision support, integrated where they earn time back.
  • Web presence that converts. Marketing sites with the lead-capture, booking, and CRM plumbing wired in, not bolted on.
  • Reporting & dashboards. One source of truth so the founder isn’t reconciling four tabs every Monday.
  • Operating playbooks. Written docs your team actually uses, not a Notion graveyard.
bygge.
[ ˈbʙɡːə ] verb Norwegian · Danish
1.to build; to construct. 2.to settle; to make a place to dwell.
From Old Norse byggja, to build, to inhabit. Cognate with English build and be. Related to bo (to dwell) and by (a settled place: town, village).

The work isn’t construction. It’s making a place a business can dwell inside: a system the team lives in, not one they fight.

Pricing

Three phases, fixed at each

We work in three phases. Most clients begin with Foundation and decide from there. Pricing is fixed at each phase: no hourly meters, no scope creep, no surprise invoices.

Phase 01 · Foundation

Solution design

$1,000–$2,500 · 2 weeks

One paid working session, a written blueprint of what to build and in what order, and a fixed-fee proposal for the build phase. Yours to keep regardless of next steps.

Phase 02 · Build

Implementation

$5,000–$15,000 fixed · 4–8 weeks

We ship the blueprint. Fixed fee, scoped to outcomes, milestone-based delivery. Every account and asset in your tenancy from day one.

Phase 03 · Operate

Monthly retainer

$500–$2,500/mo · ongoing

Care, iteration, and new buildouts on a defined hours-per-month basis. 30-day exit clause. Performance reviewed quarterly.

Qualify

Is Bygge a fit?

Right fit

  • You’re a 5–100-person business with real operations that need designing.
  • You’re ready to invest in systems, not just buy more tools.
  • You have $15,000–$30,000 of automation work ahead over 6–12 months.
  • You want a long-term partner for the operate phase, not just a one-off project.

Probably not a fit

  • You’re looking for hourly engineering hands you direct day-to-day.
  • You want a vendor to resell you software with a markup.
  • You need a marketing agency to run paid ads or campaigns.
  • You’re shopping for the lowest bid on a single defined task.
